Roasted Asparagus Bundles
Turn asparagus into a pretty present your family will be glad to receive.

Ingredients

1 pound fresh asparagus spears, tough ends trimmed and discarded
4 scallions, root end trimmed off
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place asparagus and scallions on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast 25 to 30 minutes, until tender.
  4. Wrap individual portions of asparagus with scallion, tying into kid-friendly bundles.
  5. Serve them up on your favorite Dixie product for a delicious Mom moment that's clean up-easy.
